Blackhawk Amenity Center Staff

Our goal at the Amenity Center is to professionally assist the residents of The Park at Blackhawk and Lakeside HOA in a consistent and accessible manner. We are in our Amenity Center office six days a week to answer any questions HOA members may have. Here is a brief list of things we do:

  • Book parties at the Amenity Center, pavilion, and pool
  • Answer general questions about amenity rules and usage
  • Issue access cards to residents to gain access to amenities
  • Answer accounting questions regarding your HOA account
  • Accept Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications at our office
  • We will submit your application to the ARC for you
  • Accept deed restriction reports (We suggest using the HOA website for a more accurate report)
  • General concerns regarding property and the amenity center
  • We do not accept HOA quarterly dues payments ( Those must be mailed in, auto drafted, or paid online)

Our office staff consists of a manager and assistant manager, as well as part time pool employees during s swim season.

Amenity Center Office Hours:

Monday: 8:00am-4:00pm
Tuesday-Friday: 8:00am- 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-4:00pm
