We’re excited to announce that our new online recreational reservation system is officially live. This system makes it easy to reserve community amenities, check availability, and manage your reservations. All in one place!

Getting started is simple. When logging in for the first time, select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address to receive instructions to set your password. If you don’t receive an email, try any other email addresses associated with homeowners in your household.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our community uses the etrak online reservation system to manage amenity reservations. Through etrak, you can view real-time availability, select your desired date and time, and complete your reservation all in one place.

Once logged in, simply choose the amenity you’d like to reserve, review the available dates and time slots, and submit your reservation online. Any required deposits or fees are paid directly through the system, and confirmations are provided once your reservation is complete.

To set up an account, we will need the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Property address
  • Date of birth
  • Community name
  • Whether you are a homeowner or a tenant

To create a tenant account, please visit the Carries Ranch Recreation Center during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will collect the required information and set up your household account.

All reservation fees are paid directly through etrak using a credit or debit card. Any eligible refunds will be issued back to the card used for payment.

Reservations may be made up to six months in advance and no fewer than ten days before the requested date.

If a date does not appear on the calendar, it is unavailable for booking. Residents are encouraged to check back periodically in case of cancellations.

etrak does not allow date holds or waitlists. A deposit is required to secure a reservation.

Each household is limited to four reservations per calendar year to ensure fair access for all residents.

Clubhouse reservations require a $250 security deposit. After the reservation is completed, a user fee of $100 is charged for each time slot reserved and is deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance is refunded.

Pavilion reservations require a $100 security deposit. There is no user fee for this space. After the reservation, up to $100 will be refunded, less any fees.

Any fees related to cleaning or damage will be deducted from the security deposit before any refund is issued.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the reservation will result in a loss of 50% of the user fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation will result in a loss of 100% of the user fee. All cancellations, regardless of timing, count toward the household’s four-reservation annual limit.

Approximately one week before your reservation, our team will contact you to schedule a time to pick up the key and review lock-up procedures at the Carries Ranch Recreation Center. Key pickup must take place during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
