Pay by phone
Make a payment by phone through Goodwin & Company’s Customer Relations department. Call 855-289-6007.
Use bank bill pay
Use the bill-pay service provided by your bank. If your bank asks for an account or memo number, use the account information shown on your current statement.
Mail a check
Mail your check to the Blackhawk lockbox. Include the association code, APBH, and your Blackhawk property address with the payment.
