Pool season runs from May 1 through the last Sunday in September.

Using the pools
- A fob is required for entry. Complete amenity registration and the Amenity Use Agreement before using the pool.
- Each household may bring up to four guests. Guests must stay with the resident.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a resident or sibling 16 or older. Residents 18 or older may supervise up to four children under 14.
- Lap swimmers have priority in the lap pool during regular pool hours.
- No glass, alcohol, running, rough play, or diving. Follow pool monitor instructions.
Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Blackhawk Amenity Center · 3111 Speidel Drive
Daily, 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
Courts are for residents and their guests. An access card is required for entry. Courts may be used only for tennis or pickleball. Professional lessons and commercial use are not allowed.
Reserve a court
Reserve through ETrak at least two days in advance. There is no booking fee.

When a court is not reserved, use is first come, first served.
Volleyball
Sand volleyball court at the Blackhawk Amenity Center, 3111 Speidel Drive.

Residents and guests use the court at their own risk. Remove equipment and personal items after each use, and do not alter the court.

Walking trails run through Blackhawk greenbelts and open spaces.
- Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.
- Motor vehicles and camping are not allowed.
- Do not disturb wildlife. If flooding occurs, leave the area and move to higher ground.

Visit Carries Ranch Recreation Center Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., for access setup and waiver processing.
