About Blackhawk
Blackhawk is a large Pflugerville-area community served by the community management team and Goodwin & Co. New residents usually need three things first: account access, assessment details, and amenity access.

New amenity access is set up at Carries Ranch Recreation Center. For amenity access or fob questions, contact the Blackhawk office.

Water, wastewater, trash, and recycling
For water, wastewater, trash, and recycling service information, start with Crossroads Utility Services.
Electricity and outages
Texas residents choose their own retail electric provider. Oncor owns the local electric lines and handles power outages.
Natural gas
Use Atmos Energy for natural-gas account setup and service questions, if applicable to your address.
Roads, sidewalks, and mailbox keys
Roads and sidewalks are owned and maintained by the county. For mailbox keys and postal-location questions, start with USPS.

Common first questions
How do I pay assessments?
Use TownSq for online payments, mail payments to the lockbox, set up bank bill pay using the lockbox address, or pay in person at Goodwin & Co.'s main office. Blackhawk does not accept onsite assessment payments. Payments should include APBH and your account number.
When are assessments due?
Assessments are billed quarterly and are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
How do I set up amenity access?
New amenity access is set up at Carries Ranch Recreation Center. For help, contact blackhawkoffice@goodwintx.com or 512-670-9704 ext. 1.
Where do I get or replace a key fob?
Key fobs are available for purchase to households with already established access for $25.00, paid by credit or debit card only.

Use Forms & Downloads for common forms and resident documents.
How do I reserve an amenity or register for eligible events or classes?
Use the Reservations page to review terms and open ETrak for eligible reservations, event or class registration, and existing requests.
