    Dimensions and Specifications

    Upload Supporting Documents

Upload up to 10 files. Each file must be 12.0 MB or smaller.

Documents to prepare for this project

Drop files here or On a phone, choose files from Files, Photos, or recent downloads. Scan paper surveys or plats before uploading. PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG. Up to 10 files.

      Document examples

      • Property survey or plat: the document from your closing papers that shows lot lines, easements, setbacks, and build lines.
      • Marked-up survey or plat: the survey or plat with the proposed project location, size, and distances marked on it.
      • Product specifications: manufacturer sheets, model information, dimensions, materials, colors, or installation details.
      • Photos or renderings: images that show what the project will look like or where it will be installed.
      • Elevation drawing: a side, front, or rear view showing height and exterior appearance.
About surveys and plats: If the checklist asks for a property survey or plat, upload that document and mark where the project will go. Photos, screenshots, maps, sketches, diagrams, floor plans, satellite images, or a site plan can help explain the project, but they do not replace a required survey or plat.

Accepted files: PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG. DOC, DOCX, HEIC, ZIP, and other formats are not accepted.

After each file uploads, choose a document type.
